Mitchell Alan Watson was born in High Point, North Carolina on September 5, 1954 to Harry Charles Watson and Sudie Mae Thompson McCarn. He transitioned to his Heavenly home on March 5, 2018.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Charles H. McCarn.

Mitchell leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Annette Triplett Watson of the home; a son, Larry Alan (Jamie) Watson; a daughter, Michelle A (Nathan) Watson-Born; three brothers: Harry C. (Lucy) Watson of South Carolina, Danny M. (Kathy) Watson of Thomasville and Jeff Watson of Georgia; a sister, Nancy F. McCarn-Chandler; three grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Patricia McCarn and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Memorial service will be Saturday at 3:00 p.m. at Narrow Baptist Church, 4090 Denton Rd., Thomasville, NC. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 pm Friday at Roberts Funeral Service.
