Nathan Waddell Tuttle was born in Davidson County on January 6, 1958 to Alfred Tuttle and Kay Smith Tuttle. He entered into eternal rest on September 17, 2025.

Nathan was a graduate of North Davidson High School and worked with Tuttle Brothers Landscape. He was a faithful member of Brooks Temple United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, NaTasha S. Tuttle; two brothers, Cecil A. Tuttle and Donald L. Smith; and two sisters, Janice K. Peoples and Robin L. Lindsay.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Paula Tuttle; two daughters, LaQuita Tuttle and LaShunda Tuttle; two grandchildren; a brother, Vincent Tuttle; a sister, Gail Glenn; and a host of in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at Brooks Temple United Methodist Church, with family visitation beginning at 12:30 p.m.
