Otis Tyrone Myers, 64, of Winston Salem, North Carolina passed away on Friday, September 15, 2023 at Trellis Supportive Care. He was born on November 17, 1958 in Forsyth County, North Carolina.

Funeral services will be held 1:30 P.M. Friday, September 22, 2023 at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church with visitation at 12:30 P.M. prior to the hour of service. Public viewing will be Thursday, September 21, 2023 from 1:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
