Mrs. Phebia Ruth Cross Roberts, 93, of Ridgecrest Dr., departed this life on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Hinkle Hospice House.

She was born December 18, 1925 in Davidson County to William Cross and Bettie Owens. She was a member of New Smith Grove Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husbands, William C. Roberts.

She leaves to forever cherish her memory two sons, Dwight Roberts and Garry (Sarah) Roberts; two daughters, Patricia (Roy) Holt and Charlotte Roberts; 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Floscene Hill of Wilmington, Delaware; a sister-in-law, Savannah Roberts and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A service of remembrance will be Tuesday at 12:00pm at New Smith Grove Baptist Church with family visitation at 11:30am. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
