Pinkie Lee Wynds, 76, slipped into eternity on Tuesday, July 11, 2017, at Wake Forest Baptist Health Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC.

She was born in Blakely, Georgia on October 3, 1940, to Ulysses Wynds and Queen Esther Wesley Wynds.

Pinkie was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Mary Eunice Hubbard and two brothers-in-law, James Davis, Sr. and James Hubbard.

She leaves to cherish very precious memories her devoted sister, Mary Frances Davis of the home; an uncle, Willie Patterson of Wisconsin; 7 nieces, 3 nephews, a host of great nieces and nephews, cousins and extended family members.

Funeral service will be Monday at 11:30 am at Files Chapel Baptist Church with family visitation at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Lexington City Cemetery.
