Mr. Rakem Jospeh Green, 19, of Winston-Salem passed on Monday, November 28, 2016 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC.

He was preceded in death by his mother Velmar Wilson Green.

Rakem leaves to cherish his life his father Melvin L. Green, Sr; a sister and brother; other relatives and friends.

A Final Farewell Visitation will be Saturday, December 10, 2016 and his remains may be viewed from 1:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at Roberts (Winston-Salem).The family will receive friends at the funeral home at 3:00 p.m.
