Ralph Troy, 72, was born on October 22, 1953 and departed on December 11, 2025. Ralph was the son of the late Cora Troy and he was born in Whiteville, NC.

He moved around with the military before finding his wife and settling down in Lexington, NC where he spent the rest of his days.

Ralph was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend to many. He worked for Facility Logistic System (FLS) where he first retired but later went back to work for Lexington City Schools due to being bored and not being used to sitting still.

Ralph enjoyed fishing, cornhole, horseshoe and had a love for bowling. He enjoyed sitting outside and feeling the sun on his face, which led him to spending hours sitting on his daughter Anita's porch.

Those left to cherish his memories are his partner and wife of 32 years, Joyce; six daughters: Pricilla Troy, Anita Pegues, Yolanda Pegues, Jelissa Thomas, Melissa Thomas and Nyomi Pate; his only son, "Peanut" is deceased; Shane and eighteen other grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many cousins and friends.

A memorial service on Saturday at 3:00pm at New Life Church of Jesus Christ.
