Regina Ann Leak was born on April 17, 1964 in Forsyth County to Walter Graham and the late Edna L. Leak. On Monday, July 14, 2025, she peacefully transitioned from this life at Willow Valley Center of Nursing.

Regina was a faithful member of Brooks Temple United Methodist Church where she loved worshiping and serving the Lord.

She leaves to cherish her memory her father, Walter Graham, along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, godchildren and friends who will miss her dearly.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday at 12:00 noon at Brooks Temple United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends at 11:30 a.m. prior to the service.
