Obituary
Richard David Steele passed away on Friday, March 10, 2023 at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center. He was born on September 16, 1946 in Norfolk, Virginia to Orie and Lousie Steele.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Vera English and Jenn Mae Pass and a brother, John W. Chavis.
He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Richard Hargrave; two grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a devoted great niece, Marilyn Small and a host of other family and friends.
Memorial service will be Saturday at 12 Noon at Roberts Funeral Service Chapel.
