Mr. Robert Charles Adams, 61, of Hamil St. passed Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at the Hinkle Hospice House.

Funeral service will be Sunday at 1:30pm at Transformation Christian Center with family visitation a half hour before the service.

Public viewing will be Saturday from Noon-6pm at Roberts Funeral Service.

He was born in Port Chester, NY to Clifton Adams and Emma Yates Adams.He served in the US Army. He was preceded in death by his father; a son, Robert Alex Jones and a brother, Leonard Adams.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Twana Adams; his mother, Emma Y. Adams of Lexington; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Steven Adams of Port Chester, NY and Phillip Adams of Brooklyn, NY; two sisters, Linda (Stan) Morgan and Michelle Adams both of Lexington; a childhood friend, Darrell Collins of Pennsylvania and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
