Robert Lee White was born January 16, 1953 to Jessie Lee White and Stella Irene Payne White in Rowan County. He passed away on December 12, 2023 in Spartanburg, South Carolina.


He retired from Atrium Window and Doors. He was of the Baptist faith. Robert was preceded in death by his parents; four sisters: Geraldine Cuthbertson, Brenda Williams, Shirley Gray and Harriet White and a special friend Sharon Friday Smith.


Robert leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Ernestine White; a son, Stevie D. White; a daughter, Mitzi C. White; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren; a brother, Michael (Selvia) White; seven sisters: Janice Davis, Vivian (Warren) Richardson, Darlene White, Ernestine Harding, France (Perry) James, Marilyn (Johnny) Rice and Charlene Smith; a brother-in-law, William Cuthbertson and a host of in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.


Funeral service will be Monday at New Calvary Holiness Church at 2:00pm with family visitation at 1:30pm, Public viewing will be Sunday from 1:00pm- 5:00pm at Roberts Funeral Service, Lexington.
