Obituary
Ronald David Lemons, 66, of Lexington, passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2023 at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Lexington Medical Center.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Ronald was born on November 23, 1956 in Montgomery County to Henry Paul Lemons and Mary Claudine Thompson Lemons. He retired from Bill's Truck Stop. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Alan Lemons and a sister, Donna Sue Earnhardt.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Pam Lemons of the home; a daughter, Chasdidy Thornhill; brother, Bobby Ray Lemons; sisters, Kaye Dianne Koontz and Deborah Ann Gathings; one grandchild, Emily Thornhill; a great grandson and a host of other family and friends.
