Samuel Lee Wagner, 64, of Midway community, died Friday, August 16, 2019 at Forsyth Medical Center.
Funeral service will be Saturday at 11:30am at Roberts Funeral Service Chapel with family visitation at 11:00am. Burial will follow at Brooks Temple United Methodist Church Cemetery.
