Sandra Elizabeth Hargrave was called to Eternal rest on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 while a patient at Accordius Health of Lexington, Lexington, North Carolina. Sandra, the only daughter, was born to Vivian M. Hargrave and the late Bennie Franklin Hargrave on February 9, 1963 in Davidson County, North Carolina.

Sand graduated from Lexington Senior High School, Lexington, North Carolina. She was employed for many years with Dixie Furniture-Linwood Division. A true believer, Sandra was a dedicated and faithful member of Files Chapel Baptist Church where she served on the kitchen committee, fellowshipped and enjoyed many spirited services with parishioners.

She enjoyed spending quality time with family and friends. Sandra was the 'belle of the ball,' engaging, never boring and a great conversationalist who was always well informed about current events. She was the best babysitter family and friends could find.

Sandra personified love of family, friends and community. Her infectious smile, kind demeanor and willingness to help others will forever be remembered by her loving mother, Vivian Hargrave; a loving son, Donyell L. Hargrave; three grandchildren; four loving brothers: Kenneth (Michelle) Hargrave, Franklin Hargrave, Dale Hargrave and Mike (Tabitha) Anderson; her beloved grandmother, Pearl McMillian and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and countless friends.
