In sweet peace,Sarah Elizabeth Wiseman gave up time for Eternity and journeyed to her Heavenly home Friday, July 23, 2021 at her residence. She was surrounded by her loving family and it is with love and humility that we give thanks to Our Lord and Savior for His grace and mercy.

Born March 18, 1928 in Davie County, North Carolina, Sarah was the daughter ofthe late Thomas and Nannie Florence Gill Wiseman. She graduated from the Davie County Training School, Davie County, North Carolina. She furthered her education at the LaMae Beauty College, Winston-Salem, North Carolina.Sarah was a member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church, Mocksville, North Carolina where enjoyed serving on the Usher Board and Missionary Board and fellowshipping with the parishioners.

In her leisure she enjoyed gardening, ceramics, watching her favorite tv shows, especially Steve Harvey and Kelly and Mike. Sarah retired from Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, Winston-Salem, North Carolina in the environmental health department.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Nancy Lane; grandson, Brian Sullivan; brothers: John Thomas Wiseman, Calvin Wiseman and Robert Wiseman and a sister, Nellie Freeman.

Sarah will be fondly remembered and revered by those who survive. Cherished survivors are: son, Reginald Lyons of the home;daughter, Patricia Sullivan, Walkertown, North Carolina; five grand-children: Thomas Sullivan, Jr., Vickie Lane, Stoney Wilder, Lamont Dewalt and Kelly Dewalt; eight great grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Jean Eaton, Mocksville, North Carolina; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Public viewing will be on Friday, July 30, 2021 from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at 12:00pm with visitation at 11:30am at Cedar Creek Baptist Church.
