Our Father has called one of His children home to rest with Him. Today, we celebrate the life and honor the memory of Sharina Dianne Snipes, affectionately known as "Rina". Her journey began on November 17, 1968 and ended peacefully on April 20, 2025.
Sharina was born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina to Willis Morrison and Debra Snipes. She was educated in the Winston-Salem/Forsyth Country Schools and carried the lessons and friendships from her early years.
She was very outgoing, and laughter served as her medicine. She has a big heart and deeply loved her children and family. In her free time, she enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, working on puzzles, and knitting-hobbies that reflected her patience, sharp mind, and creativity.
Sharina was preceded in death by her father, Willis Morrison, and her grandson, Jami'r Snipes.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and is survived by her mother, Debra Snipes; two daugthers: Latorria Snipes-Lopez (Autuan) and La'Shonda Tyler-Blah (Isaac); two brothers: Chevar Snipes (Catrina) and Gary Snipes; her loving companion, Steven Hall; and a host of grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
All who knew her will miss her dearly, her vibrant spirit and love. We celebrate her life, her laughter; and the many beautiful memories she leaves behind.
Her life will be celebrated at 12:00 PM on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at Roberts Funeral Service (Winston-Salem). A public viewing will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025 from 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM at the funeral home.
