Ms. Sharon F. King, 67, passed away on Monday, November 14, 2022 at her residence. Sharon was born in Davidson County to Fannie Mae King Fitzgerald on July 7, 1955.

A Memorial will be Friday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses at 1:00pm. Burial will follow at South Lexington City Cemetery.

Sharon was educated in the Lexington City School System and graduated from Lexington Senior High School and Housatonic Community College. She retired from South Lexington Developmental Wing. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses. She was preceded in death by her brother, James "Jimbo" King.

She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Jordan King; her loving mother, Fannie Mae Fitzgerald; a brother, Tony Fitzgerald and his wife, Beverly Garcia-Fitzgerald; three sisters: Beverly Fitzgerald, Michelle McNeair and Crystal Johnson and her husband, Michael Johnson; two dedicated caregivers: Donna Owens and Patricia Horton; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
