Shawnna Nicole Davidson, 49, of Timlic Ave., Winston-Salem, slipped from this earthly realm into blissful rest on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, North Carolina.

She was born on December 13, 1969 to Lawrence "Larry" Watson and the late Jacqueline Davidson in Forsyth County, North Carolina.She matriculated through the Winston-Salem Forsyth County School System.

Shawnna, affectionately known as "Nikki," was affiliated with St. Paul United Methodist Church at an early age.Nikki lived a free-spirited life, thus having an outgoing and charismatic personality.She loved her family in her own way.Nikki's desire in life was to be loved and accepted by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Jacqueline Davidson; paternal grandparents, Leroy and Lorraine Watson; and maternal grandmother, Katherine Warren-Jones.

Those precious ones left to cherish her life and memory are her father, Lawrence Watson (Karen); five brothers: Patrick Watson, Timothy Watson, Jeffery Watson, Derrick Watson, Gerald Gallomore; four sisters: Arlene Johnson, Angie Martin, Cynthia Hudson, Joi Vincent; aunts and uncles; a devoted cousin/ best friend, Renee Joyce and a host of other family and friends.

The Celebration of Life will be conducted 12 noon Wednesday, June 5, 2019 from the St. Paul United Methodist Church with family moments of visitation at 11:30 a.m. prior to the homegoing service.Nikki's mortal frame shall be coached to the serenity and tranquil keeping's of Piedmont Memorial Gardens.Her remains shall lie in repose Tuesday, June 4, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Service, Winston-Salem Chapel.
