Sheila Kay Justice McCall transitioned to eternal rest on Thursday, June 4, 2026 comforted and surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 31, 1956 in Davidson County, North Carolina to the parentage of the late Robert Douglas Justice and the late Claudia Sylvia Briggs Justice. Sheila possessed a beautiful and kind spirit. She loved her family and her family loved her. Our Lord and Savior in His infinite wisdom saw that she was getting weary, so He called her to rest. God’s garden is beautiful because He takes the best. Our hearts are heavy, but we find comfort in knowing that Sheila is soaring with the Angels.

Educated in the Davidson County public schools system, Sheila retired from the Carolina Moulding Company in Lexington, North Carolina.

She was a faithful member of Freedom Baptist Church in Lexington, North Carolina. Her hobbies included shopping, watching the Hallmark channel and the Lifetime channel. She especially loved taking care of her grandchildren and the neighborhood children.

Sheila’s passing has left a great void in the lives of her family and friends. Cherished and loving memories of her kindness and generosity will forever be remembered by her husband, Carl S. McCall of the home; two daughters, Hope Chavis and Tammy (Mark) Thomason, both of Lexington, North Carolina; a son, Robert (Renita) McCall of Denton, North Carolina; eleven grandchildren: Kayla, Kimberly, Hannah, Paige, Derek, Jordan, Katherine, Taylor, Kristian, Natalie and Alex; twelve great-grandchildren; a brother, Tony (Pat) Justice of Lexington, North Carolina; a sister, Melissa (Roger) Moody of Lexington, North Carolina; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
