Steven O. McIntosh, passed away on December 4, 2022.


He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Felicia Underwood McIntosh; his sons: Kaleb Melton, Jahaud Fuller, Steven McIntosh, Jr. and Kaylan Pratt; his daughters: Oneshia Eller, Ny'laysia McIntosh, Shanyia McIntosh and Ny'lyriah McIntosh; his mother, Catherine M. Murphy; two grandchildren, Kashmyr Eller and Emeri Pratt; two brothers, William Eugene "Dirt" (Mhai) McIntosh and James Drummond; a sister, Tonya (Jerome) Blakney; six aunts: Patricia (Hollis) McCluney, Mary (David) Crosby, Paulette Gorden, Rosa Mae McIntosh, Angelia McIntosh and Tammy Alston; five uncles: David (Teresa) McIntosh, Steve (Linda) McIntosh, Albert (Mattie) McIntosh, Randall Murphy and Robert McIntosh and a host of other family and dear friends.


He was preceded in death by his father, William Murphy.


Funeral service will be Saturday at Christ Deliverance Temple at 2:00pm with family visitation at 1:00pm. Burial will follow at Lexington City Cemetery.
