Timothy Ford S-Hart Williams, age 55, entered eternal rest Saturday, July 8, 2023 peacefully in his home in Mocksville, North Carolina. Born June 10, 1968 in Salisbury, North Carolina., Timothy was the son of the late Charlie Thomas and Mary Foster Williams.
Timmy, as he was known to his family and friends, was educated in the public schools of Davie County. Following graduation from Davie County High School, Timmy was employed at Western Steer for ten plus years. He was recognized as employee of the month on several occasions. He worked various odd jobs; most recently he worked at Maw Maw's and the J.C Price American Legion Post 107 at the time of his death.
Timmy's first Christian experience was with Fairfield Missionary Baptist Church, Mocksville North Carolina where he was baptized. Timmy attended church throughout the community. He truly loved the Lord and he loved people. He attended as many church services as he could. Timmy made sure he helped to celebrate, births, anniversaries, birthdays, and home-goings. He wanted to spread a little love and support to everyone he met during his life's journey.
Timmy was a gentle soul with a giving heart. Those who preceded Timmy in death and are waiting to welcome him are his parents, Charlie and Mary Williams; a sister, Fredia W. Chambers and a brother, Bishop Tony D.G. Williams.
Timmy was loved so much and will be greatly missed by his brother, Craig (Cheryl) Williams of Winston -Salem, North Carolina: his sister, Deitra P.C. (Quinton) Floyd of Harvest, Alabama; nieces, Amie Durham and Shauntes Williams; nephews: Anthony Williams and Joshua Chambers; six great-nephews: Steven, Cameron, Caleb, Soul, Phoenix, and Joshua, Jr.; three great-nieces: Phoebe, Kylie and Jada; and a host of other family members, cousins and friends.
The family gives thanks to Our Almighty Lord and Savior for sharing His beloved son with us. We are forever grateful to our family, community and friends who have shown their love and compassion to help make his transition a little more comforting.
His life will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 15, 2023 at New Bethel Baptist Church (Mocksville) with family visitation at 10:30 A.M. prior to the service.
