Titus Samuel of Charlotte, North Carolina departed this life on Friday, March 3, 2023. He was born on April 26, 1979 to Roosevelt Reuben and the late LaVerne Samuel.

Titus was born and raised in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and received his formal education from the Winston-Salem Forsyth County school system. Growing up, Titus enjoyed playing in the creeks and skipping rocks on the water. His favorite past time, which he never outgrew was asking questions. He always has a thirst for knowledge. Following behind his mother and uncle Wilbert's love for education, Titus fell in love with math and was a real math wiz!

Titus had such a caring, gentle and loyal spirit that allowed him to connect with so many people. He enjoyed lending a helping hand to others from cutting grass to making store runs.

He was preceded in death by his mother, LaVerne Samuel.

Titus leaves to cherish his memory, his father, Roosevelt Reuben; three children: Dejane Davis-Samuel, Makayla Adams, Titus Samuel, Jr.; two brothers: Raynard (Clatoyia) Andrews, John Reuben; two nieces: Legaci Andrews, Jewelz Andrews; a nephew, Kingdom Andrews; step-son, Montreal Smith; god-daughter, Kimora Reed; and a devoted friend, Chalita Hines. Titus was deeply loved and leaves behind a host of relatives and friends.

Homegoing services will be held 4:00 P.M. Sunday, March 12, 2023 at Roberts Funeral Service with visitation at 3:30 P.M. prior to the service. Public viewing will be 9:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Saturday, March 11, 2023 at the funeral home.
