Triston D. Washington was born March 29, 1987 in Patterson, New Jersey to Darisse Washington-Anderson and Melvin Chandler. He departed this life unexpectedly on Saturday, February 11, 2017 in Jamestown, North Carolina.

Homegoing service will be Monday, February 20, 2017 at 12 noon with visitation one half hour before the service. Service will be held at The Love Cathedral, 1360 Fishers Ferry Road, Thomasville, NC.

Triston leaves to cherish his memory, his mother Darisse Washington-Anderson of Charlotte, NC, his father Melvin (Candis) Chandler of High Point, NC; four sons: Toren Smith, Jayden Smith, Jaquan Hairston of High Point, NC and Triston Darrell Washington, Jr. of High Point, NC; five brothers: Zion McCoy, Cornelius Canty, Brit Chandler of High Point, NC, Antonio Powers, Jr. of Thomasville, NC and Melvin Chandler, Jr. of Aiken, South Carolina; three sisters: Racquel Dunlap of Winston Salem, NC, Natysia Kendall of Greensboro, NC and Nia Anderson of Charlotte, NC; maternal grandmother, Apostle Jakki Hunter of Raleigh, NC; maternal grandfather, Angelo Smith of Patterson, NJ; paternal grandparents, Phyllis and Johnny Chandler of High Point, NC and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
