Vickie Lynn Wood Castevens, 62, passed away on Friday, September 13, 2024. Born on November 5, 1961 in Davidson County, she was the daughter of the late Howard Elbert Wood and Lillie Paulette Philips Wood Boyett. Vickie was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister.
She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Bobby Castevens; her three children: Lynn Satterwhite, Heather House and Damon House; and nine cherished grandchildren. Vickie is also survived by her sister, Rebecca Gerlach; her sister-in-law, Kathey Wood; and a host of other dear family and friends.
Please join us for a family-friendly celebration of the life of Vickie Lynn Wood Castevens on Sunday, September 22nd, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (floating). During this time, we encourage you to bring photos and share your happiest memories with us. If you'd like, feel free to bring a covered dish, as we would love to enjoy a meal together. Please remember to bring your lawn chair and take some time to sit and reminisce with us.
