Vickie Barnhill Venable, 61, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem.

She was born March 8, 1963 to the late Gene and Joanne Barnhill. Her brother, Ricky Barnhill, also preceded her in death.

Survivors include the love of her life, Tommy Essick; son, Ricky Reeves; daughter, Kassie Essick Allen (Chris); son, Thomas Essick; two brothers, Keith Barnhill (Melissa) and Jimmy Barnhill, all of Lexington, NC. and a host of grandchildren, nieces and great nieces.


The funeral will be Monday, March 25th at 12:00 Noon at Roberts Funeral Service with family visitation at 11:30am. Burial will follow immediately after at Forest Hill Memorial Park.
