Obituary
Mr. William L. "Froggy" Davis, Jr., 77, of Old Linwood Rd., died Thursday, April 25, 2019 at Hinkle Hospice House.
Funeral service will be Tuesday at 1:00pm at Union Baptist Church with family visitation at 12:30pm.Burial will follow at Lexington City Cemetery.
He was born in Davidson County on May 5, 1941 to William Lester Davis, Sr. and Zula Boyden Davis.He retired from Link Taylor and was a faithful member of Union Baptist Church where he sang with the Male Chorus.He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Clarence Crosby and a sister, Annie Mae Shaw.
He leaves to cherish his memory a brother, Curtis Davis; a sister, Frances M. Davis and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
