Obituary
William Larry Metcalf, 81, of Davidson County, passed away peacefully on December 30, 2024. Born on July 6, 1943 to William "Bill" Metcalf, Jr. and Blanche Blanton Metcalf, Larry spent his life rooted in family and hard work.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Donnie G. Metcalf; his parents; and siblings: Hazel M. Jones, Jerry Metcalf and Terry Metcalf.
He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Richard W. Metcalf; daughter, Karen LouAnn Metcalf; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; his brother, Bob Metcalf; sister, Marie Crisp; and a host of other loving family members and friends.
