Obituary
Mr. Willie Baxter "Pete" Click, 90, of Old Linwood Rd., died on Thursday, August 11, 2016, at his residence.
Funeral service will be Tuesday at 1:30p.m. at New Zion Baptist Church with family visitation a half hour before the service. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Click was born March 19, 1926 in Davie County to James Click and Vinnie Jones Click.He retired from Coble Dairy.He was a faithful member of New Zion Baptist Church.He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Margaret Click; a son, Leonard "Butch" Click; a grandson, D'Angelo Click; four brothers: James, Franklin, Leroy and William I. Click and a sister, Winnie C. Hogan.
He leaves to cherish his memory three sons: Willie R. "Adam" Click, Jerry (Lola) Click and Gary (Lucille) Click; three sisters: Wanda Click, Teressa Click and Brenda Click; 13 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild; a sister, Lucille C. Hogan and a host of other relatives and friends.
