Ms. Willie Ruth Terry, 90, of Far Rockaway, NY, passed on Friday, March 18, 2016, at St. John's Episcopal Hospital.

The funeral service will be Monday at 2:00 P.M. at Life in the Word Fellowship with visitation a half hour before the service.Burial will follow at Lexington City Cemetery.

Public viewing will be Sunday from 1:00p.m. -6:00p.m. at Roberts Funeral Service.

She was born July 20, 1925, to Bishop Terry and Bessie Childs Terry in Greenwood, SC.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Barbara Wilson; six brothers, Charlie, Foster, Melvin, Ollie, Thomas and Lewis Terry and three sisters, Julia T. Lockhart, Katie Brummell and Betty McIntosh.

She is survived by three sisters-in-law, Mattie Terry, Sadie Allen and Mary Terry and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
