Zachary Dean Keller (Zack), age 59, passed away on Friday, February 12, 2016. Zachary is survived by his wife, Ethel Keller, two children: Gwendolyn Keller and Zachary Deangelo Keller (Maria); two grandchildren: Zachary Elijah Keller and Isabella Grace Keller, and dog, Codie Keller.
Zachary was born to the late Alberta and Larry Glenn on July 27, 1956. He is preceded in death by his grandmother Emily Fuller. Zachary also has three siblings: Renae Casado of Charlotte, NC, Darry Keller (deceased), and Jackie Tate (deceased). Zachary is also survived by his uncles: James Keller, Earl Keller (Tay) and aunts: Ruby Anderson, and Marrettia Willey as well as a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
Zachary is a veteran of the United States Army, where he served over twenty years with distinction. He continued his career as a public servant with Coweta County Corrections.
Zachary was a very passionate man; however, his primary passion was his wife, kids and grandkids. He touched the lives of many people, from childhood friends, service members and members of Coweta County Corrections. Zack was a best friend not only to his wife of thirty-seven years, but also to his children. A love like his is distinct and he took great pride in keeping the flame of love alive in his marriage and with his family.
The family will be available for visitation Friday February 19th 2016 at 5 Smith Avenue, Lexington from 4pm to 9pm.
Funeral Services will be Saturday February 20th at 2:oo pm at Union Baptist Church, 110 Lincoln Ave., Lexington, NC 27292 with family visitation a half hour before the service.
